The Numbers Matter
WHY THE NUMBERS MATTER
The PHAmily Kidney Lifesaver Team came together through an interest of a few like minded individuals that have either dealt with Kidney Disease, received or donated a Kidney, work, train, educate in the field of Kidney Dialy- sis and kidney health or have served in the crucial role as a support person for a Transplant Donor. Our collective experiences in dealing with Kid- ney disease from different perspectives allows us to educate the community about kidney health, disease and patient support from many perspec- tives.
WHAT DO THE NUMBERS TELL YOU
PHAmily Kidney Lifesavers mission is to spread awareness about kidney disease to the African American community and the communi- ty at large through education, providing patient and family support and contributing to research combating kidney disease.
